This could include additional skills or expertise, better technology or equipment, financial resources for expansion, a larger customer base, improved processes or systems, or any other critical requirements for your business's growth and sustainability.
  • Do: Develop an action plan to bridge the gap between what you have and what you need. Define the specific steps and strategies you will implement to acquire the necessary resources and address the identified needs. This may involve hiring new talent, investing in training or upping skills for your existing team, securing funding or partnerships, launching marketing campaigns to attract new customers, optimizing internal processes, or any other actions required to meet your business goals.


By following the "Have-Need-Do" framework, you can gain clarity on the current state of your business, identify areas for improvement, and develop a targeted plan of action. Regularly reassessing this framework can help you adapt to changing market conditions, address emerging needs, and continuously drive the growth and success of your business.
