Define the specific steps and strategies you will implement to acquire the necessary resources and address the identified needs. This may involve hiring new talent, investing in training or upskilling for your existing team, securing funding or partnerships, launching marketing campaigns to attract new customers, optimizing internal processes, or any other actions required to meet your business goals.

By following the "Have-Need-Do" framework, you can gain clarity on the current state of your business, identify areas for improvement, and develop a targeted plan of action.
